About DiamondOps

DiamondOps is an incubator for Diamond Dynasty ideas. It started as a personal project — the analytics views and market tools one grinder kept wanting while building teams and chasing stubs — and grew into a platform other players could use too.

The aim is simple: surface the things the in-game menus don't. Which cards actually play well at the difficulty you grind. Which flips are profitable after the 10% market tax. When a price move is real versus bot noise. What your collection is worth right now.

DiamondOps is built and run by RetroGhost Labs— a one-person studio, not a company with a marketing department. It's made by a lifelong baseball-stats tinkerer who has been inventing his own versions of the game since tracking made-up leagues in a spiral notebook as a kid.

The full origin story lives on the blog. The short version: I'm a software developer who enjoys building tools for this game almost more than playing it, so I built the ones I wanted and opened them up.

There are other excellent Diamond Dynasty sites, and DiamondOps isn't trying to replace them — it's meant to sit alongsidethe tools you already use and do the things they don't. A few things set it apart:

The free tier is genuinely useful — most of the platform is available without paying. Paid tiers unlock portfolio tracking, the watchlist, push alerts, and the deeper data. We're not building a freemium trap, and we'll always be upfront about what costs what.
