Postseason Content Drops This Weekend
A major Postseason update arrives with new cards, packs, and seasonal content for Diamond Dynasty players.
MLB The Show 26 is rolling out a substantial Postseason content package designed to capitalize on October baseball momentum. The release centers on cards and packs tied to playoff performance, giving players new ways to build rosters around postseason heroes and themed squads.
This weekend's drop includes Postseason-specific packs alongside Diamond Dynasty program elements and limited-time events. The exact card roster and pack details will be staggered across the announcement window, but collectors should expect tiered availability and various chase pulls. Postseason programs typically feature dual paths—one free and one paid—offering progressive rewards tied to XP accumulation or gameplay milestones.
Players planning to engage with this content should be ready for potential marketplace volatility as new diamonds enter circulation and Postseason demand peaks. Timing matters: early pullrates may favor rare postseason editions, but packs usually remain available through the full promotional window.
