A massive Summer Series wave crashes into Diamond Dynasty with elite earnable cards across programs, events, conquest maps, and more.
Summer has officially arrived in Diamond Dynasty, and the content drop to go with it is one of the most expansive of the year. Between the Summer Program, the Summer Collection, the Summer Break Event, Diamond Quest, Mini Seasons, two Conquest maps, and the Chase Pack feature, there is no shortage of ways to grind this weekend — and the rewards across virtually every mode are genuinely compelling.
The June Spotlight Program gets its second drop of the month, rewarding real-world MLB performance with earnable cards through Moments, missions, and collection tasks. Meanwhile, the George Springer Program gives Blue Jays fans and RF hunters something to chase, commemorating Springer's three-hundredth career home run with a Milestone Series card waiting at the end of a reasonably sized grind.
With over a dozen new cards spread across series and modes, this is a drop where every type of player — conquest grinder, event warrior, pack opener, or program completionist — has a clear path to upgrading their squad.
Summer Program
The Summer Program is the centerpiece of this drop and, for most players, the most rewarding grind available right now. The program runs on a blend of Moments, XP tasks, and a single collection task, with the collection component tied to the broader Summer Collection — so progress there feeds double duty. The task count is manageable, and the reward ladder is front-loaded enough that even players who don't complete everything will walk away with useful cards.
The early exits are solid in their own right. Brent Rooker arrives with near-maxed power from both sides of the plate, making him a dangerous bat off the bench or in a power-focused lineup despite pedestrian speed. Grant Taylor follows as a relief option with elite velocity and elite break — the control is the obvious caveat, and whether you can live with that depends on your pitching philosophy, but the raw stuff is undeniable for a program freebie.
Corey Kluber is where the program really picks up steam. His velocity sits just below the ceiling but his control and break ratings are both exceptional, making him one of the more well-rounded starting pitchers you can earn without touching the market at this stage of the game. Chase Headley at third base offers a balanced two-way contact profile with solid pop, and he fills a position that can be thin in free reward content.
The top reward, Corey Seager at shortstop, is the main event. His contact rating from the right side is elite and his power numbers — particularly right-handed — push into territory you rarely see at a position as competitive as shortstop. Speed is the only real weakness, which is consistent with the real-world version of Seager. If you play in a lineup that prioritizes on-base production and run-creating power over stolen bases, this is exactly the card you want manning shortstop. The program is absolutely worth completing.

June Spotlight Drop 2
The June Spotlight Drop Two is a shorter, more focused grind that rewards players for tracking real MLB performance. The task mix leans heavily on Moments and collection tasks, with a moderate number of XP tasks rounding things out. The total XP required is about half that of the Summer Program, so this is something most dedicated players can clear in a single session or two.
Cole Carrigg is the first card you'll unlock, and he's a genuinely fun center fielder to use — his contact ratings from both sides are excellent and his speed is strong, making him a great table-setter if power is not your priority at the position. Sebastian Rivero at catcher is the more surprising card: his contact from the left side in particular is remarkable for a catcher, and he offers something different than the typical power-first backstop. The capstone reward, Braden Montgomery, is the obvious draw and is covered in the headline card section — but even the two lower-tier earnable cards here justify the grind on their own. This program punches well above its time investment.

George Springer
The George Springer Program is a Milestone Series celebration of Springer's three-hundredth career home run, and it follows a straightforward structure: Moments, XP tasks, and a collection task spread across a reward path that culminates in a strong right fielder. The total XP requirement is notably higher than the other two programs this drop, so expect a more committed grind to reach the final reward.
The intermediate rewards are modest — a Show Pack and a Ballin' is a Habit Pack serve as the waypoints, with XP bonuses filling the gaps — so the calculus here is simple: do you want the George Springer card badly enough to grind through a longer task list for relatively sparse interim prizes? For players who need a right fielder with genuine two-way power and above-average speed, the answer is likely yes. Springer's power from the left side edges out his right-handed numbers, which is a nice wrinkle, and his speed rating makes him useful on the bases in a way that pure power bats often are not. If your outfield corners are already stacked, this one is easier to skip. But for anyone building toward a well-rounded squad, the program is worth at least starting.
| Program XP | Reward | Type |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | 2,500 Reward XP | reward XP |

Summer Collection
The Summer Collection is a collection-driven reward path that pays out scaling prizes as you accumulate Summer Series cards through Legends and Flashbacks Collections. Players who are opening Summer packs or completing Summer-affiliated programs will find their collection progress happening somewhat naturally. The capstone reward is Skubal, which alone makes this worth tracking, but the intermediate rewards also include cards that contribute to lineup depth. Best suited to players who are already investing heavily in this series.
Cards: Collect Summer Series player cards in Legends and Flashbacks Collections
Rewards: Tarik Skubal at "29" collected, Ted Williams at "21" collected, Rob Dibble at "13" collected

Summer Break Event Program
The Summer Break Event Program is the event-mode grind for this content cycle, and it has a notably flexible team-building requirement: Summer Series, Jolt Series, players aged twenty-five and younger, and Live Series Bronze Lower cards all count toward your eligible roster. That means you do not need a stacked collection to participate — younger Live Series players alone can fill out a lineup. Wins in the event generate program progress, and missions layer on top for additional advancement. The top reward is Roman Anthony, a switch-hitting left fielder with elite contact from both sides. For event grinders who want a free path to a card that is already selling on the market, this is an excellent use of time this weekend.
Where to find it: Build a team using Summer Series, Jolt Series, players aged "25" and younger, and Live Series Bronze Lower player cards

Summer Diamond Quest
Summer Diamond Quest is a multi-format challenge mode featuring Moments, Showdowns against Summer Series legends, Player-Locked challenges tied to the featured rewards, Stadium Challenges, and the Zone Sweeper. It rewards two Summer Series cards — Dick Allen at third base and Gary Sheffield in right field, both solid additions at their positions — plus additional prizes from completing the various challenge types. Diamond Quest is a strong option for players who want variety in their grinding rather than repetitive Moments or event games. The Player-Locked format in particular can be a fun way to experience the Summer Series cards before deciding whether to invest further in the series.
Rewards: Earn Summer Series Dick Allen, "3B", PHI ("95" OVR) and Gary Sheffield, "RF", NYY ("95" OVR)
Where to find it: Complete Moments, Showdowns, Player-Locked challenges, Stadium Challenges, and Zone Sweeper

Summer Mini Seasons Challenge
Summer Mini Seasons Challenge drops you into CPU-controlled seasons of either three or nine inning games across either a seven or twenty-eight game season format. The prize pool is broad: packs including a Deluxe Summer Pack, Stubs, Unlockables, and multiple Summer Series player cards including strong options at catcher, center field, shortstop, right field, and starting pitcher. Mini Seasons is the preferred mode for players who enjoy a more structured, season-like experience rather than one-off event games. The reward depth here is impressive, and the shorter season format makes it approachable even without a full weekend of grind time.
Where to find it: Compete in "3" or "9" inning games within "7" or "28" game seasons against CPU-controlled teams
Rewards: Earn Packs including Deluxe Summer Pack, Stubs, Unlockables, and Summer Series player cards

Summer Map
The Summer Map is the new Conquest territory available this weekend, offering the familiar formula of stealing fans, conquering territories, and completing map-specific goals. The headliner reward is a Summer Series shortstop — Zach Neto of the Angels — alongside a Deluxe Vintage Pack. Conquest is one of the more relaxed ways to earn content in Diamond Dynasty, making this a natural fit for players who prefer offline, lower-pressure modes. The Vintage Pack is a nice bonus on top of the earnable card.

Rewards: Earn Deluxe Vintage Pack and Summer Series Zach Neto, SS, LAA ("95" OVR)

Chase Pack 15
Chase Pack fifteen puts the spotlight on Cal Raleigh, the All-Star catcher and real-world home run leader, as the featured chase player. Every Chase Pack guarantees at least one Diamond card with a chance to pull Raleigh specifically. You can earn a Chase Pack through the fourth Inning XP Reward Path Wheel, through purchases of the fifty-pack bundle, or find one randomly inside an individual The Show Pack. For players who are already spending Stubs on Show Packs, the incidental chance at a Chase Pack is a nice upside — but given Raleigh's power profile, hunting specifically for him is a gamble that depends heavily on your Stubs situation.
Packs: Guarantees "1" Diamond player card with chance to find featured player
Where to find it: Earn in "4th" Inning XP Reward Path Wheel, in The Show "50"-Pack Bundle purchases, or in individual The Show Packs

Dad Map
The Dad Map is a Father's Day-themed Conquest map offering XP, packs, and the exclusive Milestone Series Bo Bichette as its primary earnable reward. The structure mirrors standard Conquest — conquer territories, steal fans, complete goals — with the holiday theme adding some seasonal flavor. Bichette's card features remarkable left-handed contact and exceptional Clutch, making him a meaningful reward for players who need shortstop depth or simply want a contact-first option at the position. Conquest grinders who have been working on the Summer Map can efficiently add this to their rotation and walk away with two strong shortstop cards this weekend.

Corey Seager

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 90.1 · Hall of Fame 90.3 · Legend 89.7
Quirks: Homebody, First-Pitch Hitter, Breaking Ball Hitter, Rally Monkey, Situational Hitter, Night Player, Table Setter
Corey Seager is the kind of shortstop card that reshapes a lineup. His right-handed contact sits at the very top of what you can ask for at the position, and his power numbers from both sides make him a legitimate run-producing threat rather than just a slap hitter. Vision is strong, Clutch is exceptional — he has a quirk loadout that reflects a player who thrives in big moments: Situational Hitter, Rally Monkey, and First-Pitch Hitter all appear alongside Night Player and Homebody. The one honest weakness is speed; Seager is not running on anyone, and you should plan your lineup accordingly. But if you can live without stolen base threat at shortstop, the offensive ceiling here is among the best available at the position in this content cycle.
Braden Montgomery

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 100.2 · Hall of Fame 98.9 · Legend 96.6
Quirks: Homebody, Dead Red, Breaking Ball Hitter, Fighter, Situational Hitter, Night Player
Braden Montgomery arrives via the Spotlight Series and immediately registers as one of the highest DiamondOps OpScore-rated hitters in this entire drop. His left-handed power is elite, his contact from the right side is excellent, and his speed is genuinely useful — rare for a corner outfielder at this tier. The quirk package is outstanding: Discipline is exceptional, Clutch is at the century mark, and Dead Red combined with Breaking Ball Hitter means he has tools to handle virtually any pitcher. Vision is the one attribute that trails the rest of his profile, but the Discipline rating partially compensates. For a free earnable card in a program with a half-sized grind, Montgomery is a remarkable value and should be in most lineups immediately.
George Springer

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 98 · Hall of Fame 94.2 · Legend 91.4
Quirks: Homebody, First-Pitch Hitter, Dead Red, Situational Hitter, Day Player
George Springer's Milestone card honors a real-world achievement and delivers a well-constructed right fielder in Diamond Dynasty. His left-handed power edges out his right-handed numbers, which gives him a slightly unusual but effective offensive profile. Speed is meaningful here — he can contribute on the bases in a way that pure-power corner outfielders cannot. The quirk set includes Dead Red and First-Pitch Hitter, making him a threat early in counts and against fastball-heavy opponents, while Day Player is a situational note worth keeping in mind. His OpScore is strong across difficulties, with the All-Star rating being the standout. He is a legitimate program-grind target for players who need outfield depth with balanced production.
Tarik Skubal

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 102.4 · Hall of Fame 101.6 · Legend 102.3
Quirks: Homebody, Stopper, Day Player, Outlier II, Break Outlier
Tarik Skubal is the crown jewel of the Summer Collection and arguably the most dominant starting pitcher card in this drop. His velocity, control, and break ratings each sit at or near the absolute ceiling, and his stamina is maxed out — meaning he can go deep into games without fading. The pitching stat lines back up the rating: hits allowed per nine from both sides, walks per nine, and home runs per nine are all elite, creating a pitcher who limits baserunners and avoids the big inning. Stopper and Outlier II in the quirk set reinforce his identity as a lockdown ace. His DiamondOps OpScore clears triple digits on every difficulty, which is an extraordinarily rare distinction. If you are chasing the Summer Collection, Skubal alone justifies the effort.
Roman Anthony

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 92.5 · Hall of Fame 95.5 · Legend 93.3
Quirks: Road Warrior, First-Pitch Hitter, Dead Red, Fighter, Rally Monkey, Pinch Hitter, Day Player, Table Setter
Market: buy now 19,075 stubs · sell now 9,980 stubs
Roman Anthony is the Summer Break Event Program's top prize and one of the most intriguing hitters in this content wave. His contact from the left side is exceptional and his right-handed contact is also elite — this is a switch-hitter who is genuinely dangerous from both batter's boxes. Power is more measured, skewing toward gap-to-gap production rather than pure home run hitting, which fits a player who grades out as a contact-first threat. The quirk list is lengthy and loaded: Rally Monkey, Fighter, Clutch at an exceptional level, Discipline that limits strikeouts, and Road Warrior means he performs away from home without dropoff. He is already active on the market, so players who do not want to grind the event can evaluate the going rate — but the event itself has a flexible team-building requirement that makes it accessible for most rosters.
Bo Bichette

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 85.7 · Hall of Fame 90.7 · Legend 90.8
Quirks: Homebody, First-Pitch Hitter, Dead Red, Breaking Ball Hitter, Bad Ball Hitter, Situational Hitter, Day Player
Bo Bichette's Milestone Series card leans hard into what made the real player dangerous at the plate: his left-handed contact rating is truly exceptional, one of the highest you will find at shortstop this cycle. Clutch is similarly remarkable, making him a player you want at the plate in high-leverage situations. The tradeoffs are real — Discipline is limited, which means pitchers who work the zone will test his patience, and his fielding rating reflects a below-average defender at the position. Power is modest, particularly from the right side. But if you need a contact machine with clutch production who can play shortstop, the Dad Map conquest grind is a worthwhile investment.
Cal Raleigh

DiamondOps rating (OpScore): All-Star 105.1 · Hall of Fame 96.5 · Legend 90.6
Quirks: Road Warrior, First-Pitch Hitter, Dead Red, Fighter, Bad Ball Hitter, Situational Hitter, Day Player, Table Setter
Market: buy now 20,988 stubs · sell now 12,008 stubs
Cal Raleigh is the Chase Pack fifteen card and he is not subtle about what he does: his power ratings from both sides are among the highest you will find anywhere in Diamond Dynasty, and from the left side in particular the number is extraordinary even by the standards of top-tier cards. He is the reigning home run leader in real MLB play and this card reflects that identity completely. Contact is more modest, and speed and vision are limited — but his Discipline is excellent, his Clutch is strong, and his quirk set includes Bad Ball Hitter and Fighter, meaning he can do damage even in counts where pitchers are trying to expand. His DiamondOps OpScore on All-Star is the highest of any hitter in this drop by a significant margin. At catcher, elite power of this magnitude is almost impossible to find, and Raleigh fills that role definitively. The market price reflects demand, so weigh the Chase Pack route carefully against the cost of buying directly.
