That's the news. But there's a second reason to care that has nothing to do with wanting an app on your phone, and I'll get to it: this is now the easiest way to keep your account in sync.

What's actually in it

A real chunk of what the site does, native — and growing. The market tables and search. OpScore on every card. The flips board with real Profit, ROI, and confidence numbers. Diamond Radar. Your portfolio value and history. This is not a stripped "companion app" that shows you three stats and a link back to the website — the core is here today, and the app will keep getting built out until it does most of what the web does.

But here's the part a launch post usually won't tell you: the web will always be the fuller surface. New tools land there first, and the deepest, chart-heavy stuff simply reads better on a big screen. The app is the market in your pocket; the web is everything. So the honest shape is — the phone catches up over time, the web always stays a step ahead. That's by design, not a shortcoming I'm apologizing for.

Here's the reason I'd tell a web user to install a phone app.

Keeping DiamondOps current means getting your marketplace data in. On desktop, the clean way to do that has been the Chrome extension — DiamondOps Sync. It works great, and if you live in a browser on a real computer, keep using it.

But not everyone wants a browser extension. Some of you don't trust extensions on principle. Some of you don't sit at a desktop — you're on the couch, on your phone, on the Show itself. And a browser extension can't help any of them.

The iOS app is the answer to that. It does the same sync the extension does — just from your phone instead of a browser. Link your account once and it keeps your data current, no extension required. Pick whichever door fits how you actually play: extension on the desktop, app in your hand, or both.

I'll be straight about it: the app has been ready for a while, and shipping it — not building it — was the slow part. Diamond Dynasty tools like these started on iOS in the first place, so in a way this is the app coming home. It's live now, and that's what matters. Everything from here — Android, the game ports, the rest — gets easier now that the front door on mobile is open.
